Launching their new album "Take Me Home" in Italy, One Direction held a press conference in Milan on Thursday (November 1).
The teen idols kept it casual for the announcement, all wearing varying shades of jeans as they posed in front of a huge crowd of frenzied fans.
In the December issue of Vogue UK, Harry Styles explains that the new record will have more of a "live" sound than their 2011 debut. He continues, "So this album is a lot less little synth sounds, more guitars and drums. It's important to experiment with things. We want to move with the times, but keep true to ourselves."
Groupmate Niall Horan added, "We did a lot of writing in the studio. And I play the guitar, so I play on a lot of the tracks on the album."
