Drake's 2013 OVO Fest was a smashing success. Artists like Lil Wayne, TLC, Diddy, Ma$e, J. Cole, Wale and more performed. One glaring absence was Frank Ocean, who was scheduled to appear, but backed out.
Drake spoke to Revolt TV and said he understood why Frank couldn't make it.
"I know Frank's been working hard touring everywhere, so it's understandable," Drake said. "I've had my times where I've been like, 'I can't do these shows, it's too much. So he hit me and was like, 'yo, I'm sorry man.' It's all good. It's all love."
