Though not in trouble again, Chris Brown found himself back in court again on Thursday for a progress hearing stemming from his assault on Rihanna(November 1).
During the routine probation hearing, the 23-year-old rapper's attorney, Mark Geragos, discussed his client's community service and asked permission for him to go on a worldwide tour.
At one point, Chris raised his hand to try and answer the Judge's question, but his lawyer shut him up and said, "I don't dance, you don't talk." The judge replied with, "We would like to see you dance, Mr. Geragos."
