After the joyous news of a baby boy with wife Megan Fox last month, Brian Austin Green has been dealt a heavy blow in the legal world.
The former "Beverly Hills 90210" star lost a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend and mother of his 10-year-old son.
Vanessa Marcil (also from "90210") was sued for $200,000, the amount of an allegedly unpaid loan. Brian claimed that he first loaned her $50k in 2000 and then the other $150k later on.
However, a judge has ruled that the 39-year-old actor waited too long and the statute of limitations had run, dismissing his complaint.
To add insult to injury, the judge also noted that his baby mama can countersue for damages incurred by the "frivolous" lawsuit and she is reportedly seeking $50,000.
